Arcedior successfully delivered a large-scale custom hotel furniture manufacturing project in the USA for the renowned DoubleTree by Hilton, Pennsylvania. The project encompassed furnishing 152 guest rooms, each designed to reflect a refined aesthetic with a minimal and natural wood-inspired theme.

Our journey began by converting the client’s 2D and 3D architectural drawings into detailed shop drawings, laying the foundation for flawless production. To ensure perfection in finish, design, and functionality, we developed a full-scale mock-up room, which received client approval before proceeding to full-scale manufacturing.

Each room featured 7–9 bespoke furniture pieces, adding up to over 1,000 custom-made items across the project. These included headboards, side tables, luggage racks, study desks, minibars, TV panels, vanity counters with quartz tops, sofa-cum-beds, coffee tables, study chairs, and curtains.
